What is a Limited Edition Print?
Anne has certain images that have special meaning for her, as do many artists. These
are the images that she has selected to be printed as Limited Editions.
A Limited Edition print is one from a set number of prints, of a consistent size
and print process, of a selected image. Each print of the edition is designated
a number, e.g., Limited Edition # 1/25.
The Limited Edition prints are produced in the Anne Geddes Studio, under Anne’s
direct supervision and is processed, handled and mounted to the highest archival
standards to ensure optimum longevity.
Aimee as a Fairy is a silver gelatin photographic print, sepia toned to create a
gentle brown color. The edition number of the prize print is 4/25.
Print Authenticity
The print has been personally signed on the back by Anne, along with the following
details:
You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity with your print.
Packaging
Your Anne Geddes Limited Edition Print comes framed, in a custom made traveling
crate. The frame has been chosen by Anne to complement this image, and the materials
used are archival standard, to ensure the protection and longevity of your Limited
Edition Print. You will also receive a folder containing information about the print,
and the Certificate of Authenticity.
Anne Geddes Limited Edition Prints
Anne has been overseeing the creation of a collection of Limited Edition Prints
in her studio over the last few years. These are soon to be released for sale. There
will be both color (archival digital inkjet) and black and white (silver gelatin)
prints available. All have been printed in editions of 25 only, under Anne’s direct
